firm assists people like you with the important decisions in their

Initial Consultation:
We offer an initial in person consultation with an attorney at no
charge to you in all practices areas. Consultations generally last
about 30 minutes and allow the attorney to evaluate your situation,
and for you, the client, to interview the attorney. At the end of
the consultation, the attorney will present to you a plan of action
and discuss a fee arrangement.
About
Andrew J. Draus:
Andrew J. Draus graduated from the Northern Illinois University
College of Business with honors in 1987 and received a law degree
from DePaul University in Chicago in 1991, where he was a member
of the DePaul Law Review. Mr. Draus worked as a staff attorney in
the legal department of Olympic Federal Savings and Loan in Berwyn,
Illinois, before joining a general practice law firm in Dupage County
in 1992. Since 1994, Mr. Draus has operated his own law practice,
opening his Main Street Lombard office in January of 1997. Mr. Draus
is also "Of Counsel" to Cummins & Hession, P.C., a
Chicago firm concentrating in commercial litigation, intellectual
property, and corporate law. Mr. Draus is a member of the Lombard
Chamber of Commerce, Lombard Jaycees and belongs to both the Dupage
County Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association. His clients
include Kass Real Estate, At-Home Inspections, Praga Restaurant,
FSB, in Oakbrook Terrace, the water|color.group, and many other
local businesses.
Mr.
Draus lives in Lombard with his wife Susan, and two sons, Benjamin
and Joseph. His hobbies include playing soccer, collecting comic
books, and working with children. He is a youth soccer coach and
volunteer for the Lombard Firebirds, and chairs the restaurant committee
for the Taste of Lombard.
